Копировать пост или страницу в WordPress

Думаю, практически каждый разработчик сайтов сталкивался с задачей, при которой нужно скопировать (дублировать) пост или страницу WordPress.

Предлагаю вам простое решение без плагинов с добавлением 1 функции файла function.php. Этот файл находится в папке с вашим шаблоном (wp-content/themes/НАЗВАНИЕ/functions.php.) Посмотреть, какой шаблон у вас используется (активный), можно в админ-панели, перейдя путем "Внешний вид" -> "Темы" .

После вставки этого кода против ваших постов в админке появится кнопка duplicate.

Если кнопка появилась только в постах (записях), но не появилась напротив страниц, нужно заменить фильтр:

add_filter( 'post_row_actions', 'rd_duplicate_post_link', 10, 2);

на:

add_filter('page_row_actions', 'rd_duplicate_post_link', 10, 2);
